City Manager Finalist: Kevin Murphy
I went to City Hall and requested the cover letters and résumés of the finalists being considered for Lowell's next City Manager. These documents are vital to understanding how each candidate chose to 'project themselves' for evaluation. The choices they made, in their biography and professional attributes, are their first tangible effort to craft a narrative that can be told about them, as they proceed through the process.

Sorry, "margo." This site is for people that use their names, that are recognizable. I may be wrong, but you appear to be a 'sock puppet.'
Suffice to say, "margo" is endorsing Kevin Murphy's candidacy. She feels a State Rep is the way to go.
