Enel Gets The FERC'ing They Deserve

Bob Gagnon, a Pawtucketville resident and grassroots leader involved in flooding issues, put this up on Facebook, last night.

Great news for Flashboard fans, Friday the Solicitor General approved the Lawsuit/appeal from the Dept of the Interior, to proceed in challenging FERC'S decision; where FERC approved the inflatable dam.
