Lowell needs to be more like Dracut! Huh?!

Word on the street, Dracut is playing their Town Manager search process straight down the middle. They are looking for a Pro, not a Good Ol' Boy. No chorus of 'From Dracut. For Dracut' that I can decipher.

How is it Lowell can't do that?
